Payment Methods
For your best service, FRIVOLIA has integrated many alternative payment methods. You can choose which one you want to pay for your purchases, on the checkout page (Checkout), immediately before confirming your order. The activation of each payment method depends on various factors such as the shipping method, the delivery address, the value of the order, etc.
All transactions on our website are done in € (euro), so to find out the exact exchange rate you should contact the bank that owns the card you are using.
1.Payment by debit/credit/prepaid card
Our online store can accept any card: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Maestro, Discover, credit, debit or prepaid. Electronic transactions via cards are carried out by NEXI or the bank cooperating with our company, which will approves the payment of the transaction. NEXI has guaranteed us that it ensures the security of transactions thanks to its reliable and certified encryption systems.
If you choose to pay with your Credit / Debit / Prepaid card, the final payment is made with the successful completion of your order to "FRIVOLIA".
Card payment is only offered for online orders from www.frivolia.gr
2. Payment by Cash on Delivery
You can pay for your order, upon delivery to the address you have indicated, by paying the total amount of your order to the distributor who will deliver the products to you. Cash on delivery is only paid in cash and is accepted for amounts up to €499 (including VAT).
The cost of shipping with cash on delivery is +2.80 euro (including VAT)), and is valid for shipping in Greece. Cash on delivery is not available for orders outside Greece.
3.Payment via PayPal.
You can use PayPal, which is a secure and approved payment method. Your account will be charged on the day of successful completion of your order.For information about the PayPal service, you should refer to the service's website. PayPal orders are subject to additional checks by our company and you may be asked for additional identifying information.
4. By deposit to a bank account
You can make a bank deposit to pay for your order using one of the accounts below. In this case, we should first confirm your order and then make the deposit and send the proof of the transaction to the email: frivolia.2019@gmail.com (please clearly show the last name used for the order on the proof or your order number). Your order will only be processed after deposit confirmation and delivery time is calculated from then. Please keep your proof of transaction.

7. Payment Security
7.1 FRIVOLIA does not have access to your bank details, and does not store information related to your bank or credit, debit or prepaid card.
7.2 FRIVOLIA will not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) suffered by the holder, whose card is used illegally or used in an unauthorized manner.
7.3 FRIVOLIA is not responsible for any damage caused to your computer equipment by viruses, worms, spyware, or similar during your connection to our website. Please make sure you have anti-virus software, firewalls and other computer protection programs up to date.
7.4 All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi xPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
