Shipping Methods:
For the delivery of your orders, FRIVOLIA cooperates with the transport companies: SPEEDEX, BOXNOW - for Greece. ELTA (Hellenic post) - for Abroad.
1. DELIVERY BY COURIER
1A. Delivery within Greece
All orders within Greece will be delivered by SPEEDEX Courier or BOXNOW. Our products can be delivered anywhere in Greece, specifically to the address you have stated in your order.
Delivery days & times:
Deliveries are made daily by SPEEDEX Courier or BOXNOW, except weekends and public holidays, from 09:00 to 18:00 for Attica. For the rest of Greece, delivery times will be in accordance with the operating hours of the local SPEEDEX partner or office or the nearest BOXNOW point.
Delivery times:
The delivery time for all orders is 2-4 working days, while for remote areas it can take up to 4-7 working days. For more details on hard-to-reach areas, you can go to the website of SPEEDEX Courier or BOXNOW, or ELTA (Hellenic post)
Shipping costs:
The shipping fee is 2.99 euros for orders below 60.00 euros for Greece.
The shipping fee for Abroad amounts to 15.00 euros for orders below 150.00 euros.
Free shipping - for orders over 60.00 euros - for Greece and over 150.00 euros - for Abroad
Cash on delivery fee: 2.80 euros - only valid for Greece
For purchases over 60.00 euros with cash on delivery, only the cost of the cash on delivery is charged - 2.80 euros.
• The above values include VAT.
In case of failure to deliver on the first day, due to the absence of the recipient or for any other reason, SPEEDEX Courier will contact you by phone or leave a notice. It will then aim for next working day delivery. If the delivery does not take place the second time, the parcels will remain for 10 calendar days at the local SPEEDEX Courier and after the 10 days will automatically and without warning be returned to the central warehouses of FRIVOLIA IKE - Spartis 5, Chalandri 15233 Attiki.
1B. Delivery to foreign countries
All orders from abroad will be delivered with partner local carriers. In Greece we cooperate with ELTA (Hellenic post) Greece.
Days and Hours:
Deliveries are made on days and times that are in accordance with local transport regulations.
Delivery time:
Delivery time will depend on the recipient's Country and location - 5-21 business days.
Shipping costs:
Charges are calculated at checkout. The configuration and final charge of the transport depends on:
- Transportation costs
- Free shipping for orders over 150.00 euros
- Order processing and dispatch times: For orders placed before 12:00 every day and
available in our warehouse, they will be processed on the same day.
- For orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays and at weekends and available in our
warehouse, they will be processed on the next working day.
Delayed or lost orders: In the event that the delivery is delayed longer than expected, you should contact frivolia.2019@gmail.com or by phone at +30 6947608468 (from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00) .We are at your disposal to serve you in the best possible way. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company we work with.
For busy order period such as: Black Friday, Sale fortnight, Sale periods, End of year, Holy Week and generally if there are force majeure reasons, there may be delays in dispatches and deliveries. Delays in some cases can exceed 5-10 working days for orders within Greece and 10-15 working days for orders abroad.
Incorrect or incomplete address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all shipping costs again to have your order sent to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

2. BOX NOW
You can pick up your order from a BoxNow locker of your choice.
Through BOX NOW, you receive your package, at any time of the day, from the BOX NOW Automatic Receiving Machines (Lockers). VOX NOW Lockers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Receive it quickly: The next working day throughout Greece from the dispatch of the order by us. Orders are shipped by us within one (1) to three (3) business days. Excludes peak periods (holidays and public holidays). In case any of the products are not immediately available, the shipping time can reach five (5) working days.
The fee is 2.20 euros for orders under 60.00 euros (within Greece).
For orders over 60.00 euros there is no shipping charge on the order.
The process involves three simple steps:

Τα δέματα παραμένουν στη BOX NOW θυρίδα για 72 ώρες με δυνατότητα παράταση για ακόμα 24 ώρες.
BOX NOW has a flat volumetric charge per order.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for orders up to three (3) kilos is €2.20.
For each additional kilo there is a surcharge of €0.90 per kilo.
For orders over €60.00 and up to three (3) kilos, we offer free shipping. For orders over three (3) kilos there is a surcharge of €0.90 per kilo.
Supplementary Orders
Orders are automatically fulfilled in strict order of priority. For this reason, any addition of product/s to an existing order is counted by our system as a new order.
