Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to our warehouse in its original packaging, as detailed below. Returns can be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of your order.

To make the right choice in terms of size and fit, please read carefully the description of the product you are interested in, which can help you with the fit of the item. For example: if it has a tight, regular or loose fit.


Return process


1. Completing the Return Form


Returns are always made using the Product/Size Change Form or Refund Form, delivered with every paper order.
First you fill in your name and contact information, as well as the order number, its date and receipt/invoice number, and then the fields of the returned item: code, color, size, quantity and reason for return.


In particular, you fill in:


The fields of the new product, code, size, color, quantity, in the case of Change.
Bank account details for the refund if the original order was paid for by cash on delivery. For the rest of the payment methods, the return will be made with the same payment method of the original order.


2.Return shipment


Returns are made via SPEEDEX Courier for Greece orders. If you decide to return products using a carrier other than SPEEDEX Courier, the return will be at your own risk and expense.
For foreign orders, returns are always made after contacting FRIVOLIA customer service at the email: frivolia.2019@gmail.com

Pack the product you want to return in its original packaging. If possible, please use the package you received. It is necessary to include the completed printed return form, as without it the return cannot be processed. Deliver your package to SPEEDEX with the note: "Recipient Charge" and shipping address:

Return shipping cost:


Greece: For orders within Greece, the change can only be accepted once without any charge to the customer. If necessary, a second change will always be made in consultation with FRIVOLIA customer service email: frivolia.2019@gmail.com
European Union and other countries of the World: Product returns are made exclusively and only after consultation with FRIVOLIA customer service at the email: frivolia.2019@gmail.com and at a charge to the customer.


In all orders from an independent country, if it is found that it is a defective product, the return is made free of charge.




3. Receipt of return and completion of the process


The procedure followed is receipt of the parcel by the returns department and quality control of the products. If the returned products meet the terms and conditions set out in this Returns Policy, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been received and that the process will be processed based on your selection.


Otherwise, the relevant department will contact you to inform you about it.
The expected time for us to receive your return is up to 5 working days.


Return Processing Options


Refund


Once you have received the e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products, FRIVOLIA will issue a refund using the same payment method that you used for your original purchase. You will then receive a new email with a relevant update and information on completing the refund. FRIVOLIA is not responsible for any delays or charges that may arise from your carrier. During holidays and sales periods or holidays, refunds may be delayed.


PayPal: The refund to your PayPal account will be made by FRIVOLIA within 2-4 working days


Credit / Debit / Prepaid card: The refund to your card will be made by FRIVOLIA within 2-4 working days.


Shipping costs are deducted from the total refund amount.If the return conditions are not met, the products are returned to the customer at his own expense.


Change / Replacement


For returned products, the prices applicable on the date of purchase, as evidenced by the purchase receipt/invoice, apply.


When the consumer wishes to make a change to a product and replace it with another, the total value of his new order should be equal to or greater than the value of the original.


When the consumer wishes to change a product, which did not have a discount, and replace it with another discounted product, the change will be made based on the original price and not the discount price.
When the consumer wishes to exchange a discounted product and replace it with another, the exchange will be made based on the value of the purchase receipt/invoice.

FRIVOLIA reserves the right, at any time, and without prior notice, to change the values ​​of the available products in accordance with the E-Commerce Rules of Conduct and the Consumer Protection Terms.


Replacement/return of defective products


In the event that the product you received is defective, for your best service, please follow the steps below:


Declare via email to frivolia.2019@gmail.com that the product you received is defective, accompanied by a brief description of the defect and photos.


The relevant department will contact you for the next steps.


In case of a defective product, the return costs are charged to FRIVOLIA. By returning a defective product, you have the option of replacing it with a new one or with any other product. It is also possible to refund the total value of your order, which is done with the same payment method you used for your original transaction.After the end of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, it is considered that the product was received in perfect condition and FRIVOLIA no longer accepts its return and replacement.


Compliance check for returned products


In any case, the returned products must be in the condition they were received. More specifically:
To be in excellent condition, without damage and to be in the original packaging that accompanies the product.
Have all their original tabs and tags attached.
To be accompanied by a copy of the document with which the order was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).


If the above conditions are met, you are free to send the products back to us for replacement. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.


Failure to comply with the Returns Policy


If returned products are not accepted due to non-compliance with the returns policy, you will be notified by FRIVOLIA customer service.You reserve the right to ask us to return the products to you, but at your own expense. If you do not wish to have the products returned to you, FRIVOLIA will keep the amount paid for this transaction. The products will remain for 60 days in our warehouses and then they will be recycled or destroyed.


Unacceptable returns


Returns are not accepted in the following cases:


- Products that have been used, worn, damaged or washed.
- Products that are not in their original condition.
- Products without complete packaging (without the necessary accessories, without tags, without   
  packaging boxes, without cases, etc.)
- Products with unwanted odors.
- Products of special offers or actions.
- Products that are returned at the end of the 14 calendar days set out in this return policy


All returns go through the quality control process as soon as they arrive at the central warehouse. After the completion of the quality control you receive a relevant update of your return request. In the event that a problem is found during quality control on the returned product, FRIVOLIA customer service will contact the customer to resolve the issue.


For the information of customers: FRIVOLIA assumes no responsibility for items returned in error or items unrelated to the return placed or left in the packaging or on the returned items.


Order cancellation:

It is possible to cancel the order. To proceed with its cancellation, you can inform us as soon as possible by email: frivolia.2019@gmail.com - 24 hours a day, 7 days


In the event that you have already proceeded to pay for your order and your order has not been delivered to the transport company, we will immediately refund the corresponding monetary value, in the same way you carried out your transaction (Credit / Debit / Prepaid card, Pay Pal or bank deposit etc.)

In the event that your order has already been delivered to the transport company, then the refund of the monetary value of the canceled order will be carried out in the same way as you carried out your transaction (Credit / Debit / Prepaid card, Pay Pal or deposit to a bank account account etc.), as soon as the products are returned to the central warehouse and the corresponding procedures are followed based on the conditions in force.


Gift Return Policy


Gift orders are excluded from the right to a refund, as refunds can only be made to the purchaser of the gift and not to the recipient.
On gift returns, the replacement/exchange must cover the full original purchase amount.
