4. AVAILABILITY OF PRODACTS
4.1 FRIVOLIA cannot guarantee the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to informing its users in a timely manner.
4.2 The products sold through the website www.frivolia.gr are intended exclusively for purchase and personal use. Our online store customers are not allowed to resell our products.
4.3 FRIVOLIA makes every effort to present the products on its website in the most accurate way possible. However, in some cases there may be color deviations or errors. Color deviations from the actual product are inevitable due to the different display medium or user's screen.

Ordinary users and Members of the website www.emerson.gr can follow "FRIVOLIA" through its websites on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok ("Social Media"), in order to learn about its news company, promotions, offers, as well as to interact, comment and participate in special promotions and contests provided that their behavior will be secular and their comments will not be racist, abusive, malicious, offensive to the rest of the customers and the company, etc. in this case these comments will be deleted. Any products or services we offer from our Social Media accounts, as well as all information shared, submitted or offered through those accounts, will be subject to these General Terms.

7. PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS
7.1 The listed prices of the products displayed on the website include VAT.
7.2 The various product offers are valid while stocks last and in some cases until the end of the time period of the offers.
7.3 We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
8. ORDERS
8.1 Making purchases through FRIVOLIA's online store constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, in conjunction with the KYA number Z1/891/13-08-2013 (Government Gazette-T. B' with sheet no. 2144/30.08.2013) on "Adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011" and the provisions of the Civil Code, as they shall apply each time .

8.2 Upon completion of your order, you immediately receive an automated e-mail to register it. On the first working day after placing an order, the service department of the e-shop confirms the availability of the items ordered.
Although FRIVOLIA makes every effort to have an accurate indication of the availability of the displayed products at all times, it cannot guarantee that there will not be cases where, by mistake or technical failure, the availability information will not be correct.However, it is committed to informing users as early as possible about their availability and about their best service. Order confirmation and preparation takes place on business days and hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In the rare case, even though our system, when placing your order, showed that there is stock for the specific product but upon collection from our warehouse, it is found that there was no availability, we are obliged to either remove the missing product from your order or cancel it entirely if your order contains only the missing product and at no cost to you.If you have completed your order you cannot add another product. In this case you want to change or add You should contact us by phone so that we can fill in the new product you want to add.
8.4 TRACING & RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
As mentioned above, making purchases through the FRIVOLIA e-shop constitutes a distance sales contract, governed by the provisions of Law 2251/1994, in conjunction with the KYA number Z1/891/13-08-2013 ( Official Gazette B' with sheet no. 2144/30.08.2013), as well as the Civil Code, so you can order through the online ordering process.
For the delivery of your orders, FRIVOLIA cooperates with the transport companies SPEEDEX and BOXNOW for orders within Greece. For the Overseas of the order we use ELTA Hellenic Post. You can see more in the "Shipping Policy" Section.
In the event that the purchase was made through a credit/debit/prepaid card, for the security of the card holder, the delivery of the products is made only to the buyer, who should receive the order in person, showing their original ID or passport.
The receipt of the order can also be carried out by a third party, as long as it has been authorized in writing by you (the buyer). Even in the case of written authorization, the authorized person must present the above documents (identity card or passport) in order to complete the delivery of the products ordered by credit card.

In the case of cash on delivery, at the time of delivery you must have the exact amount in cash to pay for your order.
8.5 SHIPPING TIMES OF ORDERS
For shipments within Greece, upon completion of your order you will receive an informative e-mail with its confirmation. As soon as your order is prepared and invoiced, it goes to the stage of sending the products, at which point you receive a relevant link (SPEEDEX, BOXNOW) to track its progress.The estimated delivery time is two to three (2-4) working days for deliveries within Greece, and the delivery of the products may be delayed in special cases, such as indicatively: hard-to-reach areas, periods of increased remote commercial activity (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, sale period), force majeure, etc.
In the shipments abroad, the consumer has the possibility to track his order through the tracking number, which is given to him with a relevant e-mail after the completion of his order. The delivery time of your order for countries of the EUROPEAN UNION, other countries of EUROPE and countries of the rest of the world is determined at 6-21 working days after it is accepted by “FRIVOLIA”.
If for any reason, such as force majeure, transport problems, etc., there is a delay, the courier company will contact you.

Your purchase is completed with the delivery of the products. The final receipt, retail receipt or invoice, will be given to you upon receipt.
9. PAYMENT METHODS
Using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, Diners. (credit, debit or prepaid)
The transaction to approve the payment is made with the cooperating bank NEXI, which ensures the security of the transaction, with the most modern and certified encryption systems. Your card will be charged upon successful completion of your order to “FRIVOLIA".
In our online store www.frivolia.gr no card or transaction details are stored, only the reference to the transaction that was made.

10.2 “FRIVOLIA” will not be responsible for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) suffered by the holder, whose card is used illegally or used in an unauthorized manner.
10.3 FRIVOLIA is not responsible for any damage caused to your computer equipment by viruses, worms, spyware, or other similar programs during your connection to our website. Please make sure you have anti-virus software, firewalls and other computer protection programs up to date.
11. ISSUANCE OF DOCUMENTS
Regardless of the payment method, there is the option of issuing a retail receipt or an invoice. Invoices are issued to companies and self-employed professionals, as long as they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, DOU, full address (including postal code), telephone number and occupation.Check the correctness of the issuing details of your receipt or invoice, before completing your order.
12. RETURNS - Right of Withdrawal
The primary goal of "FRIVOLIA" is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases in our online store.In any case, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to cancel and return our products, under the conditions detailed in the "Returns Policy" section.
