GENERAL STATMENT OF PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

The general partnership under the name FRUIT FRIVOLIA Sole Proprietorship , which owns the trademark FRIVOLIA, hereinafter “COMPANY”.
The joint venture company with the name “FRUIT FRIVOLIA Sole Proprietorship”, which owns the trademark FRIVOLIA, hereinafter “COMPANY”, based in Tragana aria, Erimanthia, Achaia - Greece , with VAT number 802410987 of DOU PATRON, in the context of the exercise of the activity, has the status of Data Controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), the applicable national legislation, as well as the relevant decisions, directives and regulatory acts of the Personal Data Protection Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “DPA”) in so far as it keeps electronic records and processes personal data, at the same time determining the purpose and manner of their processing.
Definitions:
• “Personal Data” means any information concerning individual (“data subject”), the identity of which is determined or can be determined directly, such as for example name, identity number, residential address, e-mail address, VAT number, Social Security Number or characteristics that determine the physical, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of the individual (person) in question, including his image.
• The term “Processing” means any act or series of acts carried out with or without the use of automated means on personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, retrieval of information, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, any other form of disposal, association or combination, restriction, deletion or distraction of personal data, whether in electronic form (electronic file) or in paper form (physical file).

However, public authorities that may receive personal data in the context of a specific investigation, in accordance with Union or Member State law, are not considered recipients; the processing of such data by said public authorities is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection rules depending on the purposes of the processing.

exception of the data subject, the controller, the processor and the persons who, under the direct
supervision of the controller or the processor , are authorized to process personal data.
- “Consent" of the data subject: any indication of volition, free, specific, express and in full
knowledge, with which the data subject expresses that he agrees, with a statement or with a
clear positive action, that the personal data concerning him be the subject of processing.
- “Profiling" is any form of automated processing consisting of the use of personal data to
evaluate certain personal aspects of an individual , in particular to analyze/predict aspects
concerning the an individual's work performance, financial situation, health, personal
preferences, interests, reliability, conduct, location or movements.
- “Breach of personal data" means a breach of security that results in the accidental or unlawful
destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access of personal data transmitted,
stored or otherwise processed.
The "COMPANY", fully complying with the requirements of the legal framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as it applies from time to time, undertakes to ensure all personal data related to its activity and which will be submitted to processing, as well as store them securely.
The purpose of this "COMPANY" privacy policy statement is to inform you of the following:
1.The purpose:
In the context of offering our products, we collect certain personal data about you to facilitate our relationship with you and to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Through this Privacy Statement we want to explain to you our practices and policies for the collection, use and sharing of data, as well as the Cookies collected by or about you.

A. If you visit the FRIVOLIA website without registering or proceeding with your order as a guest, data is collected from your navigation on the website, which, in order to always comply with the Data Processing Authority, is the minimum and is as follows:
Device Data: device ID, operating systems, device feature version or other
device identifiers.
Connection data: time, date, duration of visit, place of origin of the user, IP Address (network
protocol address) and other data related to the connection protocol.
B) In the event that you choose to create a User Account on our website : www. frivolia.gr, we
collect your personal data on a secure server. You are asked to fill in your name, email, billing
information, shipping address and password in order to complete your order. FRIVOLIA does
not have access to and does not know your password, as it is stored encrypted in our system.
We save your billing and shipping address so you don't have to fill in this information on
subsequent purchases.
C) Finally, by choosing to place an order for our products, you will need to enter additional
personal information in order to complete your transaction. The mandatory information for
every electronic transaction is your name, landline phone, mobile phone, address (street, city,
postal code), shipping address of the order and the document you want (receipt, invoice). In
the case of issuing an invoice, additional information is collected, which is required for issuing
it, such as VAT number, DOU, profession, etc.
3.1 Data for the personalization of our services
In order to be able to make your shopping experience and your service as good as possible
during your navigation on the website www.frivolia.gr, we collect personal data about your
orders or the use of our services to you.
We use this data to personalize the Web Services and recommend products (recommended)
